Jollibee Philippines buys Taiwanese restaurant chain

Jollibee Foods Corporation announced last friday that the said fast-food-chain giant acquired 70% of Lao Dong, a Taiwanese restaurant for $1,37 million (61.1 million peso).

This acquisition was expected to expand Taiwanese restaurant in Taiwan and China and also develop Jollibee food products and services globally.
